Our Story
Prosper Health Academy was born from a shared desire to build something lasting. As clinicians, educators, and parents ourselves, we saw the gaps between support systems and the missed opportunity for meaningful preventative work.
What began as a seed within Prosper Health Collective grew into its own arm of services focused on growth, inclusion, and community. We believe everyone deserves good mental health.
We believe neurodivergence should be embraced. And we believe small, supported shifts in mindset and behaviour can change lives — not just for individuals, but for families, workplaces, and the next generation.

Clinical Psychologist | Co-Founder, Prosper Health Academy
Elizabeth began her journey in psychology with a passion for organisational systems, completing a Master of Organisational Psychology before taking time to pursue theological studies and later, a Master of Clinical Psychology. As a late-diagnosed ADHDer, she understands firsthand the complexities of navigating systems not built for neurodivergent minds.
What started as a personal journey soon grew into a professional mission — to create a world where everyone, regardless of their neurotype, can access the support, tools, and community they need to thrive. Elizabeth is energised by helping people connect the dots in their lives, empowering them to grow into the version of themselves they most want to be.
Elizabeth is also a mother, business co-founder, and values-based practitioner who believes good mental health should be both accessible and empowering.

Psychologist | Parent Program Lead, Prosper Health Academy
Tracy Hart is a registered psychologist with over 30 years of experience working across school, community, and family systems. Starting her career as a teacher, Tracy’s journey into psychology was a natural evolution of her deep commitment to student wellbeing and caregiver empowerment.
She has worked extensively across government and independent education sectors, including more than a decade at Penrhos College, where she helped establish and lead Penrhos Full Circle — an in-house caregiver wellbeing initiative offering evidence-based group programs and workshops. Her work at Grow Wise Minds, and more recently with the Department of Education WA, has centred on strengthening caregiver capacity and delivering school-wide approaches to mental health and emotional wellbeing.
At Prosper Academy, Tracy brings unmatched expertise in delivering psychologically informed, neuroaffirming parent education. She champions a preventative, community-led approach — helping caregivers feel more confident and connected in their role, and building stronger bridges between home and school.
Known for her relational warmth and depth of insight, Tracy is a trusted facilitator, trainer, and advocate for sustainable wellbeing in families and education settings
